Maxwell LeFavre started Perkin-LeFavre & Associates in 2000. Since founding Perkin-LeFavre & Associates, he has assisted global clients with US international tax planning. He represents members of the Fortune 500 as well as mid-sized regional businesses. His clients include manufacturers, distributors, developers, service providers, and high-net-worth individuals. His experience includes assisting clients with: cross border mergers and acquisitions, multi jurisdictional IPOs, coordinating global expansions, voluntary disclosure representations, IRS audit representations, export tax incentives, foreign tax credits, sub part F planning, PFICs, and expatriations.

Jason Perkin is a shareholder at Perkin-LeFavre & Associates and has over 20 years of international tax experience. Prior to
Perkin-LeFavre & Associates, Jason was a member of Croppers & Maynard’s tax practice from 1995 through 1998, when he became a member of KPMG’s international tax practice. During his 11-year tenure at KPMG, Jason worked in the offices of McLean, VA, Miami, FL, Charlotte, NC, and Tampa, FL, advising U.S. and foreign multinationals across multiple industries on expansion, financing, reorganizations, operations, repatriations, and dispositions. |
